Mahelam Healthcare (SURGITRUST) is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities; however, it guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 (seven) working days of receipt of the order and payment, or as agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. All products weighing more than 2.5 kg may be sent through surface transport, resulting in a longer delivery time. Cancellation Process

Please follow the cancellation process to cancel your order.Go to the Track Order page on the website ( https://www.mahelamsurgicals.com/track ).Enter the Order ID of the placed order.Click on the Request Cancel.After approving the cancellation request, the team will get back to the customer with the details.ReturnFor products purchased on www.mahelamsurgicals.com, the return and exchange period is seven days from the date of delivery. There are no refunds or exchanges on commode and shower chair products. Due to circumstances beyond our control, you may receive damaged/defective product(s) or a product that is not the same as your initial order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no further cost to you. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service Team at sales@mahelamhealthcare.com before utilising the product(s). They'll take you through the process step by step.
