Cancellation Process

Please follow the cancellation process to cancel your order.Go to the Track Order page on the website ( https://www.mahelamsurgicals.com/track ).Enter the Order ID of the placed order.Click on the Request Cancel.After approving the cancellation request, the team will get back to the customer with the details.ReturnFor products purchased on www.mahelamsurgicals.com, the return and exchange period is seven days from the date of delivery. There are no refunds or exchanges on commode and shower chair products. Due to circumstances beyond our control, you may receive damaged/defective product(s) or a product that is not the same as your initial order.
